Lansing is in Michigan, in the Midwest, where summers are warm, winters are cold and snowy, and most errands are done by car; businesses keep steady year-round hours with the usual holiday changes. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Lansing follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Really uncomfortable experience with ID verification. My license was checked extensively at the entrance, and I was given a 21+ wristband and allowed inside. Later, while upstairs, another employee asked to see my ID. He then started walking away with it without explaining where he was going. When I asked where he was taking it, he told me I could follow him. I then chased him to the entrance where a third person verified it. I understand needing to verify IDs at a 21+ venue, but the way this was handled made me feel extremely uncomfortable and singled out. I ultimately left because I was so embarrassed. I would have appreciated a simple explanation before someone walked away with my ID. I had the miso ramen the other day and it was super great. This was my first time going inside The Avenue and the variety of pinball machines were awesome! Unfortunately, my experience with staff was less than pleasant.

Excellent food, with solid vegetarian options. The bar has plenty of pop culture and quirky decor. A laid back vibe and a good sized stage for music. Arcade machines and pinball throughout the multi-level venue. We tried the Vegan Green Curry Ramen and fried veggies. Exceeded expectations and a worthwhile destination if you looking for a good meal. Great atmosphere to hang out, play pool, have a drink, play pinball or classic arcade machines.

My first ever experience here I got a bowl of miso ramen, and it was genuinely one of the most delectable bowls I've ever had (Shout out ruckus ramen). Beyond that every single bartender I've ever interacted with has been nothing but patient, kind and respectful to me. Trish always takes good care of me whenever shes behind the bar and is definitely a great person to hold a convo with. Thank you guys for being such a kind and welcoming place that I get to call my third home!

This bartender was the meanest person ever. Completely rude and dismissed us like we were lesser than her. The audacity especially with cheap earrings like this. Don't Come here or tip her unless you wanna be ridiculed. Also as an "lgbtq friendly" place we expect all bartenders to be nice to everyone not just the straight acting ones...

This is a great place if you want to enjoy some great cocktails with live music (rock). They have an awesome atmosphere. As soon as you enter you get a nice chill vibe. In terms of drinks, we had their hollander 1945 and one of the specials which was peach flavored gin+ginger beer. They have a great selection of beers as well! The only issue for me was the service. You have to go to the bar to order anything. Given that the place is too crowded, the two bartenders there clearly seemed overworked and people had to wait long to order. Other than that, everything was great. One should definitely enjoy the arcade games while there.
